Our teams have always been at the heart of our value chain. Keeping our employees motivated is essential, and on average our employees stay with our subsidiaries for more than 9 years on average. We are therefore take care to give meaning to their tasks, tu support their development and to value their contribution.
Social dialogue and QLWC
Thermador Groupe is committed to maintaining constructive social dialogue with all its social partners. We have put in place a policy of social dialogue, applying the national legislation in force in the countries where we operate.
In 2017/2018, eighteen subsidiaries submitted a questionnaire entitled “quality of working life survey”. This exercise is repeated every 3 years, in order to measure the impact of QLWC decisions and actions taken. The Group’s employees have embraced this means of expression, with over 90% of them responding in 2019, 2021 and 2024.

Respect for human rights
We have a team of nine people in China working on behalf of our subsidiary Odrea: two people in supply chain, six quality inspectors and one person in purchasing/quality. They are all based in Shanghai.
The head of this team meets them face-to-face at least three times per year, and is in constant contact with them by telephone and email. The subsidiary’s CEO visits their offices whenever she travels to China. All our employees have been trained in anti-corruption and our ethics charter, and they all benefit from individual annual reviews and training.
No Whistleblower procedure is underway concerning these employees. They are covered by a collective agreement and by social protection including sickness, unemployment and accidents at work.
