The 18 General Managers of the subsidiaries have maximum freedom to develop their companies, benefiting from the support and expertise of Thermador Groupe in the financial, extra-financial, real estate, IT and legal fields. Most of them have many years’ experience within the Group, and in-depth knowledge of their businesses.
The Executive Committee is made up of 9 people, including at least the CEO, the two Managing Directors, the Managing Directors of the three companies that contribute most to Group earnings, and the Sustainable Development Director. Its members will be consulted twice a month, or at ad hoc meetings, to clarify and challenge high-stakes decisions to be taken by General Management.
